Description

The Kelsey Tomb, located 4 yards east of the north corner of the Church of St. George, is a chest tomb dedicated to Edward Kelsey, who died in 1800. The tomb features a stone structure on a plinth, with fluted end piers and panelled sides that display inscription panels adorned with fan decoration at the corners. It is enclosed by a railed iron surround, which includes urn finials at the center and angle railings.
