Description

Windyridge Farmhouse is a house dating to circa 1700. The lower portion is built of brick, while the upper portion is tile-hung on a tall first floor, with a plain tiled roof and offset stacks to each end. The house is two storeys high with attics, lit by three hipped roof dormer casement windows. It has regular casement windows, three across the first floor. A central planked and part-glazed door is sheltered by a gabled hood. A pentice roof extension projects from the right end of the building, and a catslide roof extends outwards across the rear.
