Description
Nos 63 to 67 Guildford Street in Chertsey is likely an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is two stories tall, constructed of brick that is partly covered in stucco and partly in roughcast, both painted. The building features two windows on each floor and has a tile roof with a criss-cross pattern. The first-floor windows are near-flush-frame sash windows, with one window at No 67 still retaining its glazing bars. The ground floor of No 63 has been mainly modernized, while Nos 65 and 67 display 19th-century shop fronts with wooden cases. The building has group value within its context.
