Reigate Heath Cottage is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Flanchford Road. It is a two-storey, two-window building. The cottage has a high-pitched tiled roof with a ridge stack. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is painted brick. The windows are mostly modern, leaded casements. A plank door is situated under a pent tiled hood. A modern projecting extension is present on the right-hand side.
