Description

No. 31 West Street is an early 19th century, two-storey house designed in the Gothick style. It features a stucco exterior and a low-pitched slated roof. The building has wide proportions, with the outer bays slightly projecting. The windows are casement style, with pointed heads on the first floor and ogee heads below, and they contain pointed panes. The entrance includes a pointed doorway with impost blocks and Y-tracery on the half-glazed door.
