Description
The Bull's Head Inn is a late 17th-century timber-framed building that was re-fronted in the early to mid-19th century. It features stucco fronts with raised quoins and has high-pitched roofs that have been renewed with machine tiles. The building consists of two storeys and an attic, with two windows on each floor. Number 55 has two hipped dormers, while number 57 has a modern flat dormer. The first floor of both properties has small-paned modern casements set in narrow moulded wood architraves. Number 55 includes an eaves cornice, and both buildings have modern windows and a half-glazed door on the ground floor. The left part of number 57 contains a through passage that reveals visible square timber framing.
