Description
Little Waters is a timber-framed building located on Milton Street in Westcott. It features a north-south wing that is one storey high with a basement and has one window. The wing is tile-hung and topped with a tiled roof. At the south end, there is a cross wing with a low-pitched gable end made of sandstone rubble, complemented by brick quoins, a lacing course, and a stringcourse. The building has one window above and below, with three light casement windows, each fitted with modern shutters.
A modern porch with a tiled gabled roof is supported by wooden posts, and there are large bargeboards on both the gable end and the porch. The main entrance is now situated on the south side. The building also includes an attic and features brick infilling, two gabled dormers, and three two-light casement windows below. Additionally, there is a modern brick porch with a small hipped tiled roof. The overall roof is tiled.
