Description

Milton Brook Cottage, located at 21 and 22 Westcott Road, is a former pair of cottages now used as a single residence. It dates from the early 19th century and is two storeys high with two windows. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped tiled roof. The windows are casement style with pointed panes. A central brick porch with a tiled gabled roof leads to a wooden door that has a pointed arch.
