Description

Start Farm is a former pair of cottages that has been converted into a single dwelling, likely dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a pantiled roof. It is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range with mid-20th century small pane casements set under segmental arches. There is also a mid-20th century boarded door and a brick eaves dentil cornice. A flat-roofed dormer is present, along with a mid-20th century single storey flat-roofed extension to the west. The building is included for its group value.
