Description

20 Milton Street is a Grade II listed outhouse that is part of the Malthouse and Little Blandings. Originally T-shaped, it has been altered to an L-shape, with the western part creatively repaired, while the eastern end has been demolished. The structure features exposed timber framing and red brick. The central section has been converted into a two-storey guest apartment with two windows, creating an appealing group with the Malthouse. The ends of the building are now used as a shed and garage.
