Description

Milton Farmhouse is likely a 17th-century house that has been altered. It is two storeys and has an attic set within a gable. A window in the attic is situated within a slightly segmental arch. The house has two windows facing the front. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers, originally painted. A gable is visible at the south end of the front facade. The roof is tiled and two tall brick stacks are located behind the house, towards the eastern end of the gabled wing. Modern casement windows are present on the ground floor, and a gabled porch has been added. A two-storey projection on the south side of the house contains a porch on the ground floor and a single window above. A photograph of the farmhouse is held within the National Monuments Record.
