Description

This former stable, now used as a store, is located approximately 2 metres north of Thorncroft Farm Cottage. It was likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The structure features a tarred weatherboarded timber frame and a red tile roof, with a rectangular plan oriented on a north-south axis. The east front has a stable door in the centre, flanked by low 6-pane side windows and larger 6-pane windows on either side. The roof is hipped, and the right-hand end includes a boarded window and a loading door above. The interior has not been inspected.
