Description

Woodhams Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in Abinger, Oakwood Hill. It features a timber frame with brown brick infilling at the bottom and larger rat-trap type brick infill above. The cottage has a weatherboarded pentice on the right and a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and consists of two framed bays, with a notable 17th-century offset stack at the left end and a 19th-century oven attached. The first floor has diagonal tension braces, one diamond-pane leaded casement window, and three windows on the ground floor. The entrance door is situated to the left of the center.
