Description

Stockingfield is a 17th-century cottage located in Abberley. It is constructed with a timber frame and painted brick infill, topped by a plain tiled roof and brick end stacks. The cottage is single-storey with attics, featuring three framed bays with 3- and 2-light casement windows. There are also square dormers. A central panelled and glazed door is sheltered by a triangular hood supported on brackets. A bread oven and chimney project from the left side of the building.
