Nutcracker Cottage is a small timber-framed cottage located on Spook Hill in North Holmwood. The cottage features painted brick infilling and a tiled roof. It has casement windows, with one gable and one window facing west, and three windows facing south. The building was previously referred to as Royston under Worthing Road.
