Description

The garden walls to the south front of Goodwyns Place were built around 1900 and designed by Thackeray Turner. These terrace retaining walls are constructed of brick, featuring stucco and tile elements. The tall wall includes brick and tile buttresses, an open tilework balustrade, and a projecting summerhouse with arched openings on the south and east sides. There are also steps leading up to the terrace on the west side.
