Description

Rosehill Cottage is an early 19th-century building with later 19th-century alterations. It is two storeys high and constructed of painted brick, featuring two parallel ranges. The roof is double saddleback slate, with bargeboards to the gable ends. The cottage has five 2-light casement windows. The upper floor windows have shutters, while the ground floor windows incorporate a transom and mullions. A painted brick porch with a 4-centred arch provides access to the entrance, topped with a gabled roof and bargeboard. Rosehill Cottage forms a group with numbers 97, 162, 166, 168, 170, 176, and 184.
