Description

Robins Wood Arch is a bridge built in the 1870s by the Lovelace Estate. It features a semi-circular brick arch with a span of 10 feet, supported by flint rubble retaining walls made with lime mortar. The bridge has D-shaped brick coping and glazed brick decoration on the main arch, with stepped arches at both ends. The flint parapets rise approximately 3 feet high and are topped with terracotta coping. This structure is included for its group value.
