Description

The granary located 60 yards south of High House dates from the 18th century. It features a timber frame that is underbuilt in galleted sandstone, with brick quoins and red brick infill visible in the exposed frame. The roof is plain tiled and half-hipped. The first floor has end bracing, and there is a gabled wing at a right angle to the north side, which has a weatherboarded end above a stable door. There is an additional door on the left (east) side. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
