Description
Clova Cottage is a house that dates from the 17th century at the rear and has a late 18th-century front. It is constructed of brown brick and features a wooden eaves cornice and a plain tiled roof, with kneelers at the gable ends. The building has two storeys and includes a plat band above the ground floor, as well as end ridge stacks. The front is regular, showcasing four 12-pane glazing bar sash windows in flush frames with gauged brick heads on the first floor, and three windows below, with a larger window to the left. To the right of centre, there is a six-panel door, with the top two panels glazed, also set under a gauged brick head.
