Description

25 and 27 Kingston Road are 18th-century buildings located on the west side of Kingston Road in Ewell. The buildings feature weatherboard cladding, with the east elevation of No 27 being roughcast. They have a pitched modern tile roof, with a catslide roof behind No 25 and a hipped roof on No 27. Both buildings have rendered chimneys and are two storeys tall. No 25 includes two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars and a four-panelled door with a hood above. No 27 has three ranges of modern casement windows and a modern porch.
