Description

The former outhouse in the grounds of Lower Mill is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes two ranges of fixed windows with glazing bars, and there is a loft door set in a continuous panel above the entrance door.
