Description

Mulberry House is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of Epsom Road in Ewell. It is two storeys high and features a colourwashed roughcast exterior. The house has three sash windows, with jalousies on the first floor and panelled shutters on the ground floor. A central flat-topped trellis porch adds to its charm, and the roof is covered with slate.
