Description
Ivy Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on the east side of London Road in Ewell. It is constructed of red brick and features rubber voussoirs. The cottage has a hipped roof covered with modern tiles and stands two storeys tall. It is adorned with a troublesome brick modillion cornice and has three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance includes a flush panel door topped with an oblong fanlight.
