Description

Hollycroft is an 18th-century house on Epsom Road, Ewell. It is two storeys high and constructed of yellow brick. The front elevation features three sash windows on each floor, a continuous band around the building, a brick cornice, and a parapet. A mansard roof is covered in old tiles. Three flat-topped sash windows are visible at the rear.
