This is an 18th-century building on High Street, Ewell. It is roughcast in appearance and has a pitched slate roof. The building is two storeys high. On the first floor are two flush-framed, cased sash windows with glazing bars. A modern shopfront projects at ground floor level. Numbers 43 to 57 (the odd numbers) form a group.
