Description

Grove Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Cheam Road in Ewell. It stands two storeys high and is constructed of colourwashed brick. The facade features three windows, with a wooden canted bay window positioned to the left of the central doorway. The doorway itself is framed by a doorcase that includes a panelled door and an ornamental, radiating fanlight above. The building is topped with a parapet and has a hipped roof covered with old tiles.
