Description

Nos 1 to 5 on West Street in Epsom are a pair of buildings dating from around 1700. They are two storeys high and feature a symmetrical arrangement of three sash windows on each floor. The left portion of the buildings is finished in stock brick, while the rest has a cemented exterior. The windows and doors are from the 19th century. The buildings also have three dormers and a tall hipped roof covered with old tiles. Nos 1 to 5 are part of a group with Nos 126 to 134 on High Street.
