Description

Nos 49 and 50 Castle Street are an early 18th-century pair of buildings. They are two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, topped with an old tiled mansard roof that features two dormers. Each building has one sash window with intact glazing bars. The pair includes two early 19th-century shopfronts, with No 50 still retaining its divided panes. Nos 49 to 67 Castle Street form a group.
