Description

Lamp post located approximately 200 yards north of the bridge in Whiteley Village. It dates from around 1912 and is made of cast iron. The lamp post features a four-legged square base that supports a diagonally framed basket top and a tapering, four-legged standard. The lantern is adorned with a decorative finial and is held by a doubled scroll-work, S-curve arm.
