Description

Lamp post located opposite number 146 on Octagon Road in Whiteley Village, dating from around 1912. It is made of cast iron and features a square four-legged base with a diagonally framed basket top that supports a tapering standard. The lantern is topped with a decorative finial and is mounted on a double-work, S-curve arm.
