Description

Cobham Mill is an early 19th-century mill that was altered in 1953. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled, half-hipped roof. The building is a single storey with an attic in the gable end to the left, which sits over a basement. The front has two casement windows, and there is a single-storey weatherboard entrance passage that projects from the left end towards the street. A board and plank door is located at the end of the passage, with another board door on the left-hand return front. Notably, the central spindle of the mill wheel protrudes from the basement to the front right.
