Description
Ham Manor is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick with plain tiled roofs, and a Mansard roof to the front. Chimneys are located at each end of the building. The building is two storeys and an attic, with a basement containing flat-roofed dormers with casement windows. It has five bays, featuring sash windows with gauged heads. The ground floor windows have glazing bars, and the central entrance has a six-panel door recessed within a deep reveal and a keystone above, accessed by a flight of five steps, and is framed by a Doric pilaster surround surmounted by an open pediment. A single-storey, hipped-roof addition extends from the right end of the building.
