Description

This barn, located 15 yards to the northeast of Ashford Farm House, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red and blue brick, with weatherboarding at the rear and a slate roof. The barn features a gable end at the front, where the left half is taller and projects forward from the right half. It has two storeys and includes three cambered head planked doors on the left-hand return side, as well as one plank door on the first floor. There is also a planked door on the left half of the gable end. This barn is included in the listing for its group value only.
