Description
The southeast boundary wall of the churchyard in Shipton-under-Wychwood is a Grade II listed structure, likely built around 1859 by the architect G.E. Street, who also restored the church. The wall is made of coursed dry-stone rubble and features weathered coping. It measures approximately 75 yards in length and stands about 4 feet high. There is a set-back entrance that aligns with the south porch of the church. Additionally, the wall has been breached at the southwest end to allow access for a mower.
