No. 17 Park Lane is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with a brick stack at one end. The house has a one-unit plan with a through-passage and stands two storeys tall, presenting a single-window range. The entrance has a 20th-century door with an overlight, and the windows are mid-18th century six-pane sashes with thick glazing bars. At the rear, there is a mid-19th century brick wing and a small 20th-century kitchen extension. Inside, the property includes a stop-chamfered beam and doorframe.
