Description
13 Park Lane is a Grade II listed building that consists of two houses now combined into one. It dates from the early 17th century and has 19th-century alterations to its front. The structure is made of squared and coursed limestone and features a gabled stone slate roof with brick stacks at each end. The building has a 2-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. To the left of the centre, there is a 20th-century panelled door with a timber lintel above it. To the left of the door is a 19th-century twelve-pane window, and to the right is a 20th-century window, while the mid-19th-century windows are horned six-pane sashes. At the rear, there is a 17th-century chamfered one-light window and a two-light chamfered stone-mullioned window, along with a 20th-century extension. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have chamfered beams. The building was formerly listed as Nos. 13 and 15.
