Description
No. 3 Park Lane is a house dating from the 17th century, originally featuring a gabled front, with a front range added in the mid-18th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a gabled stone slate roof with brick end stacks. It has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, featuring a two-window range. The central 20th-century panelled door is topped by flat brick arches, flanked by 20th-century windows and horned 19th-century first-floor six-pane sash windows. A hipped roof dormer is present. At the rear, there is a two-storey range from the 17th century, which has a gabled concrete tile roof. Inside, there is a 17th-century plank door set beneath renewed quarter-turn stairs and a 17th-century butt-purlin roof.
