Description

No. 19 Park Lane is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with origins in the 17th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, featuring an ashlar front on the left side. The roof is gabled and made of artificial stone slate, with a brick stack at one end and a 17th-century stone stack at the right end. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. There is a flat stone arch above the central 20th-century panelled door, and flat stone arches, along with a timber lintel to the left, over late 18th-century six-pane sash windows. There are 20th-century extensions at the rear and right. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
