Description

Draycott Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage constructed from banded marlstone and limestone rubble, featuring squared marlstone dressings. The roof is thatched and includes a brick gable stack. The cottage has a single-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic. The front has two windows, with a doorway on the right and a three-light casement on the left, both topped with flat arches. There are also two three-light casements on the first floor. The roof is adorned with gable parapets and has a rebuilt stack on the left. A window in the right gable has a stone lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
