Description

Bridge House is a house from the mid to late 18th century, possibly incorporating earlier elements. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh-slate roof with brick gable stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and a rear service wing, standing two storeys tall. The front has two windows, each with 12-pane sashes set in plain ashlar architraves. To the right of centre, there is a four-panel door beneath a wooden lintel. The rear of the house has two similar sashes along with an old two-light casement window that has ancient lattice glazing. The service wing extends from the right side of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
