Description

No. 45 Corn Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a stucco front and features a gabled stone slate roof with a stone stack at the right end. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. There is a cornice above a mid to late 19th-century shop front that includes a 20th-century door and window. To the right, there is a 20th-century window, while the early 19th-century windows are eight-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
