Description

This building, located at 118-124 Manor Road in Old Woodstock, is a house that has been converted into four dwellings. It dates back to the early 18th century and is constructed from coursed limestone rubble. The roof is gabled and covered with concrete tiles, featuring a large stone external stack on the right end, a stone ridge stack, and a brick ridge stack. The building has a four-unit plan and consists of two storeys with an attic, displaying a three-window range.

Number 118, on the right, features flat stone arches above a 19th-century four-panelled door, a 19th-century two-light casement window with glazing bars, and a mid-19th-century half-glazed door leading to number 120. The other windows include timber lintels over two-light casements with glazing bars, a late 19th-century two-light casement, and a sash window. There are four small roof dormers on the right, which were rebuilt in the 20th century.

At the rear, there is a late 18th-century wing constructed from similar materials, along with a 20th-century extension on the left side. Access to number 122 is through an entry in the left side wall, while number 124 has an entry in the rear wall. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to have chamfered beams.
