Description
35 (Kimberley Cottage) and 37, Manor Road are two houses located in Old Woodstock, dating from the 17th to 18th century, with their eaves raised in the late 19th century. They are constructed of coursed limestone rubble and have a colourwashed front, topped with a gabled concrete tile roof and brick end stacks. The buildings have a two-unit plan and are two storeys high with an attic, featuring a two-window range. There are timber lintels above two central 20th-century doors and above 20th-century casements, along with 20th-century gabled roof dormers. The interior has not been inspected. These houses are included for their group value.
