Description

Ivycote is an early to mid-18th century farmhouse, now a house, located in Middle Barton. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a gabled Welsh slate roof and 19th-century brick end stacks. It has a three-unit plan and a three-window, two-storey front. The windows are 20th-century casements, and a timber lintel sits above the central 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
