Description
Water Meadow Bridge and the flanking walls with gates and gatepiers are located on the north side of Hanborough Main Road. The bridge dates from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the mid 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a raised string course above the arch. The flanking walls end in pyramidal-coped piers. In the center of the bridge, there are mid 19th century gatepiers and wrought-iron gates that provide the entrance to Blenheim Park.
