Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 88 metres east-south-east of Rousham House and 14 metres south-east of the Dovecote, is likely a former store for the produce of the walled gardens. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with a gabled Welsh slate roof and brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range. There is a timber lintel above a 19th-century plank door set within a narrowed opening, as well as timber lintels over two-light leaded casements. The interior has not been inspected. Rousham Park, where this outbuilding is situated, is listed in the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade I.
