Description
This is a 17th-century cottage located on the west side of the High Street in Burford and Upton. It was formerly known as Hill View. The cottage is built of coursed rubble stone, largely restored, with a Cotswold stone roof and a 20th-century brick chimney on the right side. It is a single-story building with an attic, and one bay wide. It has a Cotswold stone gable facing the front, with a range of two- and three-light chamfered mullion windows fitted with drips. A ledged door with a chamfered lintel is situated to the left. A range of windows is also present on the north gable return.
