Description

Chippings is a home that dates from the 18th century, with its front having been altered in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed from coursed and squared rubble sitting on a chamfered plinth, topped with a Cotswold stone roof. It features a brick chimney on the left side and a wall chimney in the center of the front. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with a gabled central dormer. There are two windows, which are sashes with vertical glazing bars, except for the ground floor window on the left. To the right, there is a 20th-century panelled door. Inside, there is a Tudor-arched fireplace on the ground floor to the north.
