Description

College Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-17th century. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and features stone end stacks. The building has two storeys and attics, with a central gabled dormer. There are two mid-19th century sash windows and a central 20th-century porch that includes a six-panel half-glazed door, above which is a re-set stone inscribed with the date "1641 C". To the left, there is a lower two-storey wing with two bays. Inside, a 20th-century staircase has been inserted into the cross-passage. The roof structure consists of trenched purlins, with the lower ones in the central bay supported by curved wind-braces.
